Freedom Plumbing is a well established company with nothing but professionals working for us. All of our employees have licensing through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and are background checked/drug screened before eligible for hire. Freedom Plumbing was opened in 2009 by Mr. Trent Mason who has a license of a Responsible Master Plumber; this is the highest rank in the plumbing industry. Freedom Plumbing is working hard on a daily basis to get to know their clients and their personal needs. We are insured in every aspect of every job that we do and strive to make sure that our customers will use us for a lifetime. Most important to Mr. Mason is that we have a great team of highly qualified individuals working for us, so that we can send out a respectable plumber to each and every home that we are called out to. Trent was referred to us and we scheduled an appointment for him to come look at various things around this house. He scheduled a time, and when he was running late, he made sure to call and update me to let me know when he could come. When he came to our house (Pomona Rd), he fixed all three problems, the faucet, the flush, and our shower within one hour. Description Of Work: Had a leak around the water supply box in our front yard. Water had slowly accumulated. Not a major emergency, but annoying and running our water bill up a tad. Comments: Called Freedom Plumbing (Trent) on the recommendation of a family friend who does handyman work. Trent answered right away, I told him the issue and he said he could be over in the afternoon to take a look. He did not need us to be there to give us an estimate since it was outside. He called when he was on his way over and shortly after with a diagnosis. It was a fairly easy fix and he completed in about 30 minutes with no add-ons or surprises. After our last experience with a plumber this was a HUGE improvement! My wife was home to take care of the bill, just a service call, and Trent left the yard where he worked in good shape. He will be my first contact the next time we need plumbing work.

What kind of warranty or guarantee do you offer?

Freedom Plumbing offers a 30 day guarantee on all parts and labor provided by us. This warranty is to cover any repair work that was done by Freedom Plumbing within the 30 day period. System Replacements will have a longer warranty for up to a year with complete new system and will be noted on invoice if applies.

Can you give pricing over the phone?

Yes we can, most of our work is flat rate with no hidden costs at the end. The only time that we cannot is if the job is something that we would need to visually see in order to quote, such as slab leaks, yard leaks, gas leaks, and any major work.

Is Freedom Plumbing Licensed?

About the Owner

Mr. Mason has been plumbing now for over a decade. He started his plumbing career in January of 2001. When Mr. Mason started plumbing he started out as a plumbers helper and went on to get his apprenticeship. After a few years in the industry and he felt that he really loved to plumb, he wanted to make a career out of plumbing. Mr. Mason first went to Austin,Texas and took his state mandated test in order to earn his Tradesman plumbing license. This then allowed him to work on all residential plumbing on his own. This only made him strive more in order to be where he wanted to be in life. Mr.Mason had to earn his Journeyman which takes several thousand hours of on the job training and then his Masters which took him years of hands on experience. The Responsible Master is the highest rank in the plumbing industry and Mr. Mason pushed his self to the limit to make sure that he achieved this goal. In 2009 Mr.Mason’s dreams came true as he went on to open his own company doing what he loves most and that is plumbing. Now Mr. Mason has exceeded his own expectations of company growth by being a honest and professional plumber to all of his customers. Mr. Mason’s goals and dreams are not finished yet because he believes that everyone should have a phone number of a plumber that they can truly trust with their home. Mr. Mason has promised to make sure that if Freedom Plumbing is called to your home that they will leave you without a doubt in your mind that Freedom Plumbing did their job and did it to your satisfaction.
